Packaging/Shipping-Ivy Lace has a promise that we will ship any package either next day or for sure by 2 days after the purchase. You will receive a tracking number in your email and from there you can track your package until it arrives to your home. Ivy Lace prepares every order the night of the purchase or the day after. If you have any questions or need to change the information on your order you can always contact us at we will the day the email was sent. We have multiple shipping methods available we have Standard Shipping which is 0-1lb and that is $4.50 and then 1lb-2lb is $7.95. We also provide free pickup at 2143 W Republic Rd. Springfield, MO 65807. Each shipping method takes anywhere from 1 day to 5 days to arrive to the customer. If you do not receive your order please reach out to and we will always help assist you from there. 


Returns/Exchanges-Ivy Lace does accept returns. We allow returns to be made up to 7 days after the item was purchased. If there is a defect in the item we will gladly refund the items price. To return an item that was purchased online you will need to ship the item back or you can exchange the item at the store front as long as you have made Ivy lace aware. We do not charge a restocking fee for returning any item. The customer does have to pay return shipping and if they want another item shipped that shipping too.
